The Marathon Training Log

Seeing as how I'm going to be getting up early, stretching heading out the door and running, sweating, ruining my trainers and generally being illogical. I decided you can share my Pain and maybe even my Gain. Here's My Logbook. I will tell you exactly how much blood and tears I sweat each day. You can donate either per Pint of Blood, Sweat or Tears, or in Miles if you prefer. Either way it all goes to a spectacularly good cause The Angela Shelton Foundation whose mission is to inspire and empower all survivors of abuse to heal and lead joyful lives. Fantabuloustic! Thank you for your support.
You can follow my routes/distance and progress in the centre of France at Daily Mile
